Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of getzaparoo.shop and any purchase you make from Zaparoo ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.
2. Pricing and errors
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, which are shown at checkout. We try hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. You confirm that any payment method you use is yours and that you're authorised to use it.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are set out in our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative — colours can vary between screens, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or minor design details without notice. If what arrives is materially different from what was described, our Return Policy covers you.
6. Warranty
Products are covered against defects for 30 days from delivery, as described in our Return Policy. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are supplied "as is" without further warranty. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Again, this doesn't affect statutory rights that can't be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The Zaparoo name, our site design, and our original text and images belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Product images supplied by manufacturers remain their property.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Zaparoo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
